Martin is an industrial engineer from UBA, with a master's degree in Renewable Energy, Science, and Technology (REST) from École Polytechnique in Paris, France. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a diploma in greenhouse gas emissions measurement. With over 10 years of international experience in energy transition, sustainability, and climate change, he co-founded EcoGaia in 2022. The main goal of EcoGaia is to develop projects that not only reduce the consequences of greenhouse gas emissions but also create a more sustainable and beneficial world for all inhabitants. Currently, Martin is responsible for EcoGaia's operations and handles the technical aspects of project development.
Nicolas is a graduate in Business Administration from UBA and holds an M.B.A. degree from IE Business School (Madrid, Spain). With over 20 years of international experience in executive positions, entrepreneurship, and leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, he co-founded EcoGaia in 2022. The main objective of EcoGaia is to act as a bridge between companies and Gaia to co-create projects with a positive impact. Currently, Nicolás is responsible for business development at EcoGaia.
Ignacio is an industrial engineer from UBA and has a master's degree in Environmental Management from ITBA. He boasts over 15 years of experience in projects related to waste management, sustainability, and circular economy. In addition to his academic qualifications, Ignacio has received specialized international training and certifications, such as waste management (sponsored by JICA and TICA), social project management for sustainable development (UTN), carbon footprint measurement and Life Cycle Assessment (IRAM), and carbon management (GHGM).
Alejandra is a biologist from UNLP and holds a diploma in Environmental Impact Assessment from PROEDICTTA. With over 15 years of experience, she has been involved in research, evaluation, and planning of programs related to socio-environmental issues. Additionally, Alejandra has extensive experience in preparing sustainability reports for companies, adhering to Latin American, European, and North American standards.
Andrea holds a degree in Social Psychology from CAECE University and graduated from the Postgraduate Program in Neuromanagement and Neuroliderazgo at UNLP. She is also a diploma holder in the Environmental Dimension of Sustainable Development Goals from the University of Jujuy. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked as a social entrepreneur and consultant in talent management and sustainable development for businesses. Andrea is certified as an International Promoter and Educator of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and as a Triple Impact B Corporation Consultant.
Mindy is a lawyer and holds a master's degree in public law from the University of Chile. In 2021, she embarked on her academic journey by enrolling in the Program of Intensive Courses valid for the Doctorate in Law at the prestigious University of Buenos Aires, successfully completing the coursework in 2022.With a keen interest in environmental matters, she decided to focus her research efforts on the field of Environmental Constitutional Law. In 2023, she began her doctoral research, delving into critical issues related to constitutional frameworks for environmental protection and sustainability.
Maria Paula is an ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, certified by IRAM and IQNet, with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences from USAL, specializing in Renewable Energies from the Universidad Mayor, Real y Pontificia de San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca, and a Master's degree in Environmental Management from ITBA. Over her 8 years of experience, she has worked in the fields of Sustainability, CSR, and Environmental Management in the Industry.
Juan Sufán is a biologist with a Master's in Natural Resources Management and a Master's in International Trade of Wild Flora and Fauna Species (CITES). For the past 24 years, he has been a Judicial Expert in Biology, Ecology, and the Environment.
For over two decades, he has dedicated himself to the development of arbitration processes stemming from judicial expertise in ecology, management, and control of wildlife and flora; mediation programs with communities; nursery and reforestation of native plant species; environmental mitigation and adaptation strategies; as well as territorial development and management programs.
Lucía is a graduate in Environmental Sciences from UBA. Additionally, she completed a master's degree in Ecosystem Restoration offered by the four most relevant universities in Madrid. For over 10 years, she has been involved in native forests through research and management. Simultaneously, she has focused on monitoring native forests using remote sensing techniques and GIS (Geographic Information System).
Angela is an Environmental Engineer from UCA and has over 10 years of experience working with private and public companies in the design, planning, and development of environmental projects. Passionate about implementing innovative projects that generate positive impacts, she works as a sustainability consultant, promoting the development of carbon projects and developing mitigation and compensation strategies.
